Darren and Eve are Sauna Masters dedicated to exploring the 'Science behind the Sweat'. Combining ancient practices with a modern evidence base, their rituals blend heat manipulation, aroma, deep relaxation techniques, breath and biohacks, all grounded in scientific literature.
Our ancestors understood that the sauna was a place to recover, rest and connect.
Scientific research is increasingly demonstrating the significant benefits of heat stress for optimising biology and physiology towards peak performance and improved overall health.
These fun-focused sessions will help your body remember what it already knows.

Our Sauna Masters adapt their sessions, using different tailored techniques – they might focus on peak performance and physical benefits, mental focus, or deep restoration depending on your preferences.
The overall aim is for a more comfortable and enjoyable sauna experience, and to offer ideas so you can maximise the physical and psychological benefits of sauna in future visits.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the event to get situated on site and to change.
We share the changing facilities (changing rooms, toilets, hot showers and lockers) with Lost Shore which is the building closest to the sauna and less than a minute away. Some prefer to arrive with their swimwear underneath their clothes which allows for a quick change at the sauna. We have hooks and space to store your gear.
A dry robe/robe is ideal to walk from/to the changing rooms.
Wear shoes or flip flops for the journey from/to the changing rooms as the path is very cold.
Please bring 2 towels - a small one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off afterwards.
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
