🔥 A few upgrades are happening onsite…
We’re evolving the Spear Sauna experience to make it feel less like a rushed sauna stop and more of a social space, to meet friends and to make new ones, a place to stay, reset and hang out.
Coming soon: a new cold plunge, upgraded lighting, integrated sauna speakers, and a new social seating area with a fire pit.
As part of the change, we’re moving away from 30-minute sessions and focusing on a more considered 1-hour experience instead.
For now, you can book 1 hour for just £10.

We’re a 5 minute walk from the car park. You’ll find us along the left side of the wave pool at Lost Shore Surf Resort.
You don’t need to check in at the Lost Shore reception. You can head straight to the changing rooms or to the sauna reception to start your wellness experience.
